This user agreement has been introduced by the management of the TSARSKAYA store (hereinafter referred to as the "company") with the aim of regulating the relationships that arise during the company's statutory activities, including with users of electronic commerce means used by the company in its operations.
This agreement applies to the company's means of conducting electronic commerce, in particular, the internet resources "https://tsarskayacorset.com/; https://www.instagram.com/tsarskaya.corset/" (hereinafter referred to as the "site").
Any person visiting the site or using it in any other way, regardless of whose interests their actions are taken in, is automatically recognized as a user within the context of the terms of this agreement.
GENERAL TERMS
By using the site from any device, the user hereby confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this agreement.
If the user disagrees with the provisions of this agreement, they must leave the site or stop using the mobile application.
The company reserves the right to change this agreement in whole or in part at any time without additional notice or consent. The new edition of the agreement becomes effective from the moment it is posted on the site or in the mobile application. Changes may be communicated to users in any other way not prohibited by law.
USE OF COMPANY RESOURCES
The company provides all users access to the site's materials. The content of the site is protected by law applicable to the relevant materials, information, and their use. The company is not responsible for the content of external resources, links to which are placed on the site. The user has the right to download site materials for personal, non-commercial use.
Without the company's written consent, any public (including non-commercial) use of materials, in particular (but not limited to) the distribution of site materials, trading them, or making changes and adaptations, is prohibited.
REGISTRATION
By registering on the site and/or in the mobile application, the user confirms that they provide accurate personal data about themselves, as well as consent to their collection, use, and processing*. The company disclaims any liability for consequences caused by the provision of false information by the user.
The company commits to comply with the Law "On Personal Data Protection".
By posting materials and/or reviews on the site, the user is responsible for the content of such materials, compliance with copyright, intellectual property rights, their legality, and adherence to legal, moral, and ethical standards of society.
The company reserves the right to moderate user materials/reviews. Accordingly, the company may fully or partially deny the user's request for publication of materials. Decisions regarding publication are made by the company unilaterally, at its own discretion, without additional warnings. User-posted materials may be removed at the company's discretion without warnings and agreements.
DISCLAIMER
In providing information about services and goods, the company is not liable if the content of services and configurations of goods presented on the site/in the mobile application have been changed. The company is not responsible for the accuracy of the specified characteristics, as well as for possible errors of various kinds. Product images on the site or in the mobile application may differ from their actual appearance. The company reserves the right to make changes to site materials (services, products, prices), update and delete them at its own discretion.
The company is not liable and has no obligations to users in connection with any technical failures, website or mobile application malfunctions, and does not compensate for any damages or costs caused by described circumstances.
The company is not liable and has no obligations to users in connection with any theoretical or actual expenses or damages related to any content of the site/mobile application.
The products presented on the site or in the mobile application may not be available for purchase in all offline stores of the company's network. The cost of products in the company's offline stores may differ from the price indicated on the site and/or in the mobile application.
Prices indicated on the company's resources and information about product availability may change. The order amount may change depending on the price, quantity, nomenclature of the product available at the company on the date of shipment. The final cost of the product is indicated in the calculation and/or accompanying documents provided to the buyer (or their representative) upon receipt of the order. In case of product unavailability, the company may unilaterally cancel the order.
MAILINGS AND INFORMATIONAL MESSAGES
Providing the company with their email address and/or phone number, the user automatically consents to receive the described mailings from the company.
These mailings contain information about upcoming sales promotions, raffles, discounts, special offers, and other events for customers.
The user can unsubscribe from receiving mailings at any time using the relevant functionality in the body of the mailing letter (by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the letter). It is also possible to refuse mailings by contacting the company by phone on the hotline listed on the https://tsarskayacorset.com/ website.
SECURITY
When visiting the site, the company collects, stores, and processes information such as the IP address, date and time of visit, type and language of the browser, as well as cookies - exclusively for optimizing the operation of the company's resources and protecting the integrity of their information space.

The company uses all necessary cookies to provide users with the most complete information about the company and its capabilities, so that the user gets the best result on its resources. If the user continues to use the site or mobile application, it means the user's consent to the company's use of cookies and receiving all cookies, including the possibility of sending the user the latest information about the most relevant offers and promotions. The user can easily refuse mailings or prohibit the use of cookies by changing the relevant settings of their own device. These modules may be synchronization buttons for the user's account on the company's resources. If a visitor opened one of the web pages equipped with such a plugin, their internet browser will directly connect it to the servers of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Viber. The plugin will transmit data to the server about which sections of the company's resources the user viewed. When using any plugin functions, this information will also be synchronized with the user's account on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Viber. THIRD PARTIES PROVIDING SERVICES
In the process of work, the company turns to other companies and individuals who perform many functions. For example, execution and delivery of orders, providing consumer support, ordering in terms of administering promo campaigns, data analysis, etc. These individuals may have access to personal information if it is necessary to perform their functions, but they are prohibited from using personal information for other purposes than those specified in this User Agreement and in the procedure for processing and protecting personal data, and the company requires them to maintain confidentiality.
MARKETING EVENTS
The company may from time to time post announcements about marketing (advertising) events with the possibility to register online. In such cases, the company uses the information provided by the user to conduct the relevant event. Some time after the end of the promo campaign, personal information may be deleted from the company's databases if consent to its storage and use for receiving further information from the company is not received from the user. By participating in the promotion, the user thereby gives unequivocal consent to the free use of his name, surname, photograph, interviews or other materials about the user for advertising purposes, including the right to publish the name of such a user and photograph in the mass media, any printed, audio and video materials, interviews with the media. Such use is not compensated (not paid).
The conditions for the transfer of personal data to third parties in such cases are defined in the Regulation.
FINAL PROVISIONS
When the user places an order, participates in a promotion, research, or otherwise interacts with the company, the user thereby gives their consent to this User Agreement and the regulation on the processing of personal data.
This Agreement is applied in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes regarding the implementation of this Agreement will be resolved by the court of the relevant jurisdiction, in the manner determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
