Return and exchange ‐ general provisions
By agreeing to the terms of this agreement and making orders for the purchase of goods in Tsarskaya store, the user, understanding his actions, is solely responsible for the choice of goods. He also agrees that the goods of proper quality purchased by him are not subject to exchange or return in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted on March 19, 1994 № 172, which provides a list of goods that can not be returned or exchanged. The category of goods that can not be returned and exchanged includes: corsetry (Corset dresses), underwear and other.
Administration of Tsarskaya store in some cases can meet its user and make an exchange or return of goods by its own decision (refund or exchange is carried out after we receive the goods and check the proper condition).
If the client wishes to exchange for a cheaper product, the difference in the cost of the product is not returned to the client. If you exchange for a product with a higher price - you have to pay the difference.
The received Goods must correspond to the description on the Website. Differences in design elements or layout from those stated in the description on the Website shall not be a sign of improper quality of the Goods. The appearance and completeness of the Goods, as well as the completeness of the whole Order shall be checked by the Recipient at the time of delivery of the Goods. After receipt of the Order, no claims to external defects of the Goods, their quantity, completeness and merchantability shall be accepted. If the Buyer has received the Goods of improper quality and the Seller has not agreed otherwise in advance, the User is entitled to use the provisions of Article 8 "Consumer Rights in case of purchase of goods of improper quality" of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", namely, free of charge elimination of defects of the goods within a reasonable period of time.
Information about each case of refusal to return or exchange the goods is a trade secret in accordance with the provisions of Articles 420, 505, 506 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and disclosure of which is a violation of applicable law. The User agrees that the disclosure of such information about each case of refusal to return or exchange the goods to third parties in any way, including through social networks, is a violation of this agreement, for which he must pay the Company a fine of 50 000, 00 (fifty thousand) hryvnias.
After receiving the parcel at the postal operator's office, the customer automatically completes the purchase process. Terms of Exchange and Return
If the administration of Tsarskaya store has agreed to carry out the exchange, the procedure of goods exchange is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", as well as other laws of Ukraine and the Constitution. According to Art. 9 of this law, the buyer has the right to exchange the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of purchase (receipt), if the following conditions are met:
- the goods have not been used and their packaging is intact (open packaging is not considered spoiled trade dress), the goods must be clean and retain their trade dress;
- the labels remain intact;
- no more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the goods;
- there is a document confirming payment, as well as a warranty card.
If any of these conditions are violated, the seller has the right to refuse the return. For goods of improper quality, other rules apply, described in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
The refund/exchange process takes up to 7 working days. We receive the item and send another one for exchange or refund your money to the card specified in the request.

If by the time of the exchange of similar goods is not available, the buyer can purchase any other goods from the available range with the transfer of the cost.
In case of returning the goods of improper quality, the seller shall pay the transportation costs.
