This policy applies to international orders only. By placing an order with TSARSKAYA, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below.
30-day return window: Eligible international orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided all conditions in this policy are met.
Return condition requirements (strict): Items must be new, unworn, with original tags attached, in original packaging, and must preserve their original appearance. To be eligible for a refund, items must be free from makeup marks, deodorant odor, perfume odor, stains, and any other signs of wear or use. Items without tags, worn, altered, washed, damaged, or used in any way are not eligible for return.
Custom / made-to-measure items: Returns for items made to your personal measurements follow the same general return rules described in this policy. However, in case of an approved return, a $100 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Non-refundable costs: Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any other costs related to returning an order are non-refundable and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Return authorization is required: Returns must be initiated by submitting the return/exchange request form. Please complete the form carefully — you will not be able to edit it after submission. Do not send anything back without receiving return authorization. Refunds are issued only for authorized returns.
Return deadline: Please allow enough time for return shipping. Your return must arrive at our facility within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns that do not reach our facility within this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Inspection & processing: Once your return arrives, our team may take up to 14 days to inspect and process it. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
One-time exchange / replacement: We may allow a one-time exchange or replacement for eligible items. A new item will be shipped only after we receive and approve the returned item. Exchanged or replaced items are final sale and are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we identify an unusual or excessive number of returns.
Business days only: We process return, exchange, and refund requests on business days only. Requests submitted on weekends will be handled on the next business day.
